Roboooooooo.....

One of the eye catching films i had ever watched till now....In my opinion it's almost 99% a director's film....[:)]....The movie is well assisted with high class visual effects....Another thing is that the movie has reached its expectations.....though all the high budget movies or for that matter much awaited movies like 'kites,puli' e.t.c were dud....robo can turn around the record books....the 3main characters i want to mention in the movie are.....

DIRECTOR(Shankar):
With out shankar this movie would not be possible.....I can clearly say that what all he had thought while jotting the script....he had exactly projected them on the screen.....coming to the songs......the locations are mind blowing,awesome,beautiful,fantastic,masth.......:)...as the songs were composed by a.r.rahman.....the music was very catchy.......another interesting thing is that the song 'KILIMANJARO' was shot at 'MACHU PICHU' the 8th wonder.....the video of the song was catchy....the first half of the was blasting.....it will reach our expectations....the second half of the movie is a bit boring....i put it that way because...the movie is not only for engineering students(youth)....but for the whole lot....so it should consist of a story line......then comes the last half hour....this half hour consists of ultimate visual effects.....it's almost like a holly wood scene.....i was so thrilled,elated.....that our 'INDIAN' director that too a 'SOUTH INDIAN' director has such good talent.....although this is 8th movie if im not wrong.....he has reached the top of the ladder in the film industry......!.....a big applause to shankar....3 cheers....!!!!!...:):):)

SUPER STAR(RAJINI):
Rajini gave his 100% in the movie....without him in the lead role nobody would have waited for robo so eagerly.....his costumes(scientist) were superb....the dual role he played was awesome.....he was into the character....i can simply say he was superb.....!!...:)

MISS UNIVERSE(AISHWARYA RAI):
She was beautiful.....the most interesting thing is that she has a role to play....as we notice in most of our movies the heroine has not much role to play....the entire story revolves around her.....she is simply fantastic,beautiful,sexyy.....i can add all adjectives....!....:):):)

GUYS GO AND WATCH THE MOVIE........IT'S SIMPLY AWESOME,SUPERB,WONDERFUL..........DON'T MISS IT...!....

MY RATING:
SHANKAR :4 1/2
RAJINI :4
AISHWARYA :3
A.R.RAHAMAN :4
VISUAL EFFECTS :5
FOR THE MOVIE :4 1/2

Puli...puli...puli.....puli...puli...at last Komaram Puli..:)...i was waiting so desperately waiting for this movie from so many days....though my fav hero is mahesh..:P..but i eagerly waited for this movie....in my life time so far.....i didn't wait so eagerly for any movie.....at last on Sep-3...i guess saturday...i was watching some news channel.....huh.!at last i was happy that the movie was releasing on Sep-9....Then i called my friend 'KARTHIK' with whom i normally watch movies...;)

Then i asked him to book tickets for both of us....He said v'll go pakka...e.t.c...!...then i was happy that im going to p.k's movie on the first day that to morning show....(till now i didn't).....I was happy and thrilled,over-joyed,excited till he called me back on Sep-9(i got to know on 9th morning that the movie is releasing on 10th due to some problems)....and said that his friends(coll mates)took tickets for him without his knowledge ani....So at this point of time i couldn't stop him from going and i can't tell because one of us i going.....

Sep-10(friday):
I some how want to see the movie and...the problem is tickets...This '6' letter word was making roler coaster rides in my mind....So suddenly my another friend his name is also 'KARTHICK'(my coll mate) called me......i guess @10:00a.m....I answered the call....The first line he spoke to me is 'AREY CHAITHANYA PULI KI VELDAMA'....for the 1st 10sec after he said that line....i was again excited....but the main thing is that '6' letter word....!..he stay's in DSNR and i stay in W.V.PURAM....so i asked him about the tickets.....he said some theater 'GANGA' near dsnr....so i was ready to go....but there was some hesitation in my mind that could i reach there in time...but without allowing any other thought to come across my mind...i said ohk v'll go.....at the end of the call he said one word i have bike with me shall i come there?...So i said its good if u come here and u take another guy with u....and i hung the phone...

Sep-10(friday):11:00a.m
I went to the theater 'lakshmi kalamandir' near my house lothkunta...i never wanted to watch a movie in this theater as their is know sound system which functions properly,no a.c and the worst part is that the seating arrangement is also not good....but their is no other option left for me as it's the only theater where i can get that '6' letter word....at last i reached the tickets counter where there were so many people i guess around 200-300.....my first thought was that i will not get the tickets....but some where i saw the theater people were only selling the tickets in 'black' each Rs.100/-..first i thought not to take....but my mind was like i should some how watch the morning show....so i went in but then i realized that i have only Rs.200/- but '3' tickets cost me Rs.300/-.....then i again went to my home on my bike 'SPLENDOR'.....i took the money and i fraction on seconds i was in the booking counter....That ticket fellow asked me 'babu enni tickets kavali'...i didn't speak but i gestured '3'.....he then was shouting each ticket Rs.100/-....then i bargained for Rs.80/-....but he said if u see the movie take otherwise please leave...i had no other option...so took the tickets...I came out with full excitement(i was never so happy when i got my results also..!..)...then my both friends came around 11:30a.m...they too were happy as i got the tickets.....!..

Sep-10(friday):12:30p.m
Huh....!..this was our expression...at last the movie started....(the actual show time was 12:00p.m).....it took at least 15min for 'P.K' to come on to the screen....those starting 15min were like hell....i guess p.k had directed it...;)....for the first half hour it was full 'un-realistic'(i mean the story)......then enters the 'heroine'(nikisha patel)....i can just describe her as a 'glamour doll' not more than that....They were two songs one was 'MAHEM MAHA MAAYE' and the other was 'AMMA THALLE' both of them my favorite songs....i was waiting for these songs....at last when they were finished.....i thought was i waiting for these songs....the main reason y i didn't like(video) was the 'choreography' was damn boring....and 'p.k' doesn't know how to dance e.t.c....it was time for the half way mark and then came the powerful dialogue.......which was not delivered as expected....!..i was half or at the most 75% disappointed then came the 'INTERMISSION'...!!!...

Sep-10(friday):2:00p.m
My friends got me a samosa and an egg puff......i ate nicely....then starts the second half...their was no twist and turn in the movie which i expected....there were still another '2' songs left which were as usual boring.....:(......then at last came the 'climax'......which was dull....barring 2-3 dialogues and a 'fight' the second half was also boring....

At last the movie ended....we came out with dull faces...!...

Why B.Tech is not valuable in these days as it was in earlier days?

| 0 comments

B.Tech (Bachelor Of Technology) is a 4 year course any where in our country.Until the 20th century doing b.tech was a great job in the sense there was not much awareness among the people.In that period of time before the 20th century many people used to do B.Com(Bachelor Of Commerce) doing this in that was great.....

Hence in my view doing B.Tech in our universities except in IIT`s and NIT`s is not a big deal.....
Now coming to the quality & quantity of colleges- There are plenty of colleges in our country,coming to A.P there are at least 500-600 colleges affliated to JNTU(Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University).One can say that because of so many colleges every student can study B.Tech comfortably,but the main disadvantage is that the college will not provide sufficient faculty and there will be no lab facilities.

The main fault is with the JNTU, they will bribe the AICTE(All India Council For Technical Education) people and the college management will also give money and buy these people playing with the students life.Hence the government should take serious action so that at least we can see some good colleges coming up....

If a student is coming out of B.Tech he should be in such a way that he has some knowledge in his course structure not necessarily the practicals,but if we see students of todays generation they don`t know what is their course structure.For this reason we cannot simply blame the students because if the faculty himself is not coming to the class what can the students do?....

This is a serious problem in our country.There are at least 4-5(lakh) students passing out every year in that only 30k-40k people get recruited in a job another 30k-40k opt for higher studies.The remaining students i.e, nearly 4 lakh are sitting idle or working for just 3k-4k salaries or roaming here and there for jobs.If a student immediately gets into a job its fine otherwise he has various thoughts in his mind.With these thoughts he can even turn into a CRIMINAL or TERRORIST.

Hence the government should look into this matter,so that they can make all people employed or they can take some alternate decisions....

The reason behind this post is not criticise anybody but to make people open there eyes and hence work for the up liftment of our COUNTRY..

Engineering is the term applied to the profession of knowledge of natural and mathematical aspects. A successful Engineer not only gains his knowledge through books but also through his experience and practices. You will be well aware of the fact that there are many fields of Engineering, and all of them are equally important. Civil Engineering plays a vital role in a country’s development. The Civil engineers are the professionals who are trained in pure and applied sciences to deal with the construction of Dams, Bridges, Tunnels, Thermal Plants, Highways, Airport runways, homes and other commercial structures.

Greece the Land of Engineers:

You will be well aware of the fact that the Greeks were the pioneers of construction. Civil Engineering was born as early between 4000 and 2000 BC. the Greek word which stands for Civil Engineer was the first representation. Parthenon by Iktinos in Ancient Greece (447-438 BC), is a remarkable construction by the civil Engineers of the Greek period. Even today the Civil Engineers of Greece are well known for their outstanding construction skills.

Hands Of Civil Engineers Shaping The World:

We cannot image a world without the Civil Engineers. Civil engineers contribute the standard of living to the public and life would have been impossible on Earth without all these Civil Engineers out there. From basic residence to complicated safety units and medical facilities, all are originated from the skills of the civil engineers. With lots of advancements in construction technology, life is becoming more convenient than ever before.

Civil Engineers Concern On Safety

Construction is a complicated task. Apart from the beauty of the construction, the civil Engineer has to consider the effects of nature on the buildings too. The civil Engineers are much concerned about the safety measures of the building and the ability of the buildings to withstand the natural calamities such as earthquakes, flood and storms. Construction becomes more complicated in the construction of structures such as dams and nuclear power plants. As these structures are associated with the safety of thousands of people, the civil engineers face many challenges while constructing these structures.

Renovation of Old and Damaged Buildings

Apart from construction, the civil engineers play an important role in the renovation of old damaged structures. Renovation is considered to be more complicated when compared to the fresh construction. As renovation of existing structures has to be done without damaging the adjacent construction, the task is more challenging. However, the skilled Engineers from Greece are able to do the renovation process with ease. These Greek civil Engineers gained enormous construction and renovation skills through their experience rather than from just bookish knowledge.

Without all these skilled civil engineers, the world would have been just a blank desert. Certainly these civil engineers are shaping the world for a better tomorrow.

Civil Engineering is the up coming boom in the world.

Electronics Engineering

Electronics Engineering Technology distance learning courses are flourishing, making use of the low entry-level requirement of a 2-year Associate Degree to become an Engineering Technician, and the further career advancement to an Engineering Technologist (or Applied Engineer) possible in the field by pursuing a 4-year Bachelors Degree. Among all Technicians and Technologists working in USA, Electrical and Electronics Engineering professionals make up more than one-third, which is a clear indication for their demand. And this demand is nowadays driven more by the high-tech industry's need for Electronics Engineering Technicians, rather than the conventional industries' need for Electronics engineering Technicians.

Why Electronics Engineering Technology?

All of today's booming industrial sectors like telecommunications, medical equipment, control systems, automotive systems, navigational systems, and of course, the consumer appliances sector are bringing out everything from mobile phones to home theatres, and require expertise in Electronics Engineering more than anything else, which explains the demand for Electronics Engineering professionals.

However, to attempt the field through an engineering degree can be taxing to those students who are not interested in taking advanced level mathematics (calculus) courses that an Engineering Degree requires, or to endure its long 4-year time frame. For such students, Electronics Engineering Technology is a great option, with its stress on applied or hands-on Electronics Engineering rather than the mathematics-dense and research-oriented Electronics Engineering. The time frame also is much shorter, with an Electronics Engineering Technician requiring only a 2-year Associate Degree to enter the field.

The job opportunities too are tilted in favor of Electronics Engineering Technicians when compared with Electronics Engineers; there are 182,000 Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technicians working in USA, compared with only 143,000 Electronics Engineers. The only drawbacks - a lower level in the hierarchy and the lower starting salaries than Electronics Engineers - can be overcome in the long run, since interested Electronics Engineering Technicians can study further for a 4-year Bachelors Degree, thus qualifying for the senior position of Electronics Engineering Technologist, who enjoys a position and salary comparable to Electronics Engineers. Average salary for Electronics Engineering Senior Technicians / Technologists is US $46,000, very comparable to salaries for Electronics Engineers at US $52,000.Where as in India it is about 70k-80k pm.

Why Electronics Engineering Technology Distance Learning?

It is estimated that job opportunities for Electronics Engineering Technicians and Technologists would grow at up to 17% every year, for nearly the next 10 years. The requirement of an Associate Degree for entering the field is a relatively recent phenomenon, and a significant percentage of working Electronics Engineering Technicians doesn't have such a formal degree. The industry preference to degree holders is encouraging such working professionals to get an Associate Degree, and electronics engineering technology distance learning becomes the natural choice. Also, due to the boom in the sector, those already having an Associate Degree will go for a Bachelors Degree so that they can work as a Technologist. And, of course, the growth prospects in the sector are attracting working professionals from other fields to Electronics Engineering Technology. These three factors are driving the huge demand for electronics engineering technology distance learning courses.

Earlier, there were technological hindrances to deliver such a hands-on course through a distance or online model. However, with the development of state-of-the-art systems like National Instruments' LabVIEW/ELVIS (Educational Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Suite), which can be used by remote students through a web browser, to virtually perform any electronics experiment, the demand for Electronics Engineering Distance Learning courses are at an all-time high.

Universities and colleges Offering Electronics Engineering Technology Distance Learning:

Electronics engineering technology distance learning courses offer both 2-year Associate and 4-year Bachelors Degrees. While Community Colleges and Institutes dominate the Associate Degree scene, Universities and Polytechnics are the primary sources for Bachelors Degrees. While searching for electronics engineering technology distance learning courses, it should be kept in mind that many US institutions still call the subject Electrical Engineering Technology.

Associate Degrees:

Many Community Colleges and Institutes offer 2-year Associate Degrees for electronics engineering technology distance learning, but fully accredited courses are fewer. Whether for employment as an Electronics Engineering Technician or for further pursuance of a Bachelors Degree, it is always better to go for an accredited course. Cleveland Institute of Electronics (CIE), Penn Foster Career School, and Grantham University are three institutions that offer accredited Associate Degrees in the subject.

CIE's Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Electronics Engineering Technology boasts of many unique features. Designed from the ground up as a distance learning course

, rather than an online adaptation of a regular course, the CIE A.A.S. provides everything that an electronics engineering technology distance learning student might require, in a packaged fashion - complete with printed courseware for over 250 self-paced lessons, videos, and detailed instructions for the over 300 hands-on lab experiments. The only thing missing will be access to an Oscilloscope, and the CIE Bookstore even sells Oscilloscopes at discounted prices to its students! One-to-one instructor support is always available for students. Even the exams can be taken online. A really unique feature of the course is that interested and capable students can complete the course in half or even quarter time, and need only pay for that!

Penn Foster Career School offers an Associate in Specialized Technology (AST) in Electronics Technology, that can be completed fully online, with access to an internet-connected computer being the only requirement. Tuition includes well-written and amply-illustrated printed courseware, tools and equipment for experiments, and unlimited instructor support through website, phone, email, and regular mail. Online open-book exams and end-of-semester proctored exams are other features of this course. The course is self-paced, with longer than 2-year durations allowed.

Grantham University offers an Associate of Science (AS) in Electronics Engineering Technology through the distance mode. The tuition package for the course includes textbooks, lesson guides, grading of all tests, mailing of materials and graded tests from the college, consultation with instructors, and required software. Proctored exams are conducted at the end of every semester, which lend more credibility to this course. Consultation with instructors is available through phone, fax, email, and regular mail. To better facilitate the distance mode of the course, Grantham University even provides a discounted option for its students to buy computers from Dell. However, the main advantage of this course is that full credit transfer is possible to Grantham's bachelors degree in

the subject. Grantham is especially popular with military students.

Bachelors Degrees:

When it comes to Bachelors Degrees for electronics engineering technology distance learning, even courses with accreditation from the Technology Accreditation Commission (TAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology (ABET) are available.

Old Dominion University offers its bachelor of science (BS) in Engineering Technology, with Electrical Engineering Technology as Major, and Electrical Systems Technology as optional. The course name follows the earlier US convention of naming Electronics Engineering courses as Electrical Engineering courses. This B.S. indeed has significant stress on Electronics Engineering Technology. In-depth coverage of Electronics includes Linear Electronics, Digital Controls, Microprocessors, Communications, Control Systems etc. High-tech delivery methods like virtual laboratory, streaming video, and satellite broadcast for 1-way video and 2-way audio, are fully utilized. The course is accredited by TAC of ABET.

World College, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Cleveland Institute of Electronics (CIE), offers a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering Technology (BEET) through the distance mode. Features include over 300 lab experiments, online exams, and toll free phones and email for consultation with instructors. Subjects covered include Electronics, Computer Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Power, and Control Systems. Access to a computer and an oscilloscope are necessary.

Grantham University (described above, under Associate Degrees) also offers a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronics Engineering Technology.

The only current limiting factor for electronics engineering technology distance learning seems to be the high costs for implementing virtual labs that can be simultaneously accessed by a large number of students, and once this is solved by better and economical hardware and software, electronics engineering technology distance learning will be provided by more and more Universities, Colleges, and Polytechnic Institutes.
